Rocket League Octane and Giant Match Ball Cursor
The Octane, the starter car that many players never swap out, drawn mid-boost as a chibi sticker. On hover the cursor becomes the giant match ball. If you only try one pack from this set, make it this one.
- Free, with no ads inside the extension and no account
- Works in Chrome, Edge, Opera GX, Brave and on Chromebook
- Resize it any time in the extension popup
The Octane, the car you start with
Every Rocket League account begins with the Octane, and many players, professionals included, never change. Its tall, short body feels predictable in the air and on the ground. The ball is the other half of the game: oversized, slow to settle and the only thing anyone is looking at. So the pack pairs the two. The car is drawn mid-boost as a chibi sticker, and the giant match ball appears on hover.
Rocket League Octane: a wide cursor
A car is wider than it is tall, so it covers more of a line of text than an arrow would. Medium size is the sensible middle: big enough to recognise, small enough to read around. The ball on hover is a plain round marker. Any page theme works. If you drive the flatter body, Rocket League Dominus is the pack to open next, with a goal light as its hover pointer.

Rocket League Octane cursor questions
Does the Octane cursor show in Rocket League menus?
No. The game, the Epic Games Launcher and Steam all run outside the browser. The Octane shows in Chrome on web pages such as the Rocket League site, Liquipedia, stat trackers and ballchasing.com.
Can I pick a decal or colour for the Octane cursor?
No. The pack is one drawing of the Octane mid-boost, with the match ball on hover. It is not linked to your garage, so painted bodies, decals and wheels from your account do not carry over.
Fan-made and unofficial. Cursor Customiser is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Psyonix. All names and characters belong to their respective owners. Report this pack.
