CatNap and Red Poppy Flower Cursor
CatNap curled up and sleepy, which suits the Smiling Critter known for sending others to sleep. The hover pointer is a red poppy flower. A rounder, quieter shape than the other Poppy Playtime packs, so it is better at a larger size.

CatNap, the sleepy Smiling Critter
CatNap is the purple cat from the Smiling Critters, the toy line at the centre of Chapter 3. In the story he is the one who breathes out the red smoke that puts others to sleep. The red poppy on hover fits on two counts: poppies have long stood for sleep, and the flower gives the whole series its name. The pack shows him curled up and drowsy, not prowling the Playcare.
A curled-up shape needs room
A curled cat becomes a round blob at small sizes, so move the slider up until you can see the face. Once it is large enough, the rounded outline is gentle on the eye during long reading sessions. The poppy is a simpler shape, so the hover change stands out. For the opposite mood from the same toy line, DogDay is the sunny-faced critter, with a little sun charm as his hover pointer.

CatNap cursor questions
Why does the CatNap cursor turn into a poppy?
The red poppy is the hover pointer. It nods to the sleep theme around CatNap and to the name of the game. It appears when your mouse is over a link or button, then the sleeping cat returns.
Is there a DogDay cursor to match CatNap?
Yes. DogDay is a separate pack in the Poppy Playtime collection, drawn with his sunny face and a little sun charm on hover. You can switch between the two in the extension at any time.
