Steven Universe, his star shirt and a Cookie Cat
Steven is the youngest of the Crystal Gems, half human and half Gem, growing up in Beach City with three alien guardians and a rose quartz in his navel. The very first episode is about Cookie Cat, a cat-shaped ice cream sandwich that has been discontinued, and the joy of finding one last box is what makes his gem glow for the first time. This chibi drawing has the star shirt, and Cookie Cat is the hover image.
Warm colours for white or dark pages
Reds and pinks give this pack a warm look that sits well on white pages and holds up on dark themes too. The star on the shirt is the detail to watch: it shows from medium size, and below that you mainly get a round, cheerful figure. Cookie Cat is a compact shape that marks a link clearly without a sharp tip. Once you have the kid, add a guardian with Steven Universe Garnet, drawn in her shades with her gauntlet.
