Jinx and Fishbones
Jinx is the blue-haired marksman from Zaun who treats Piltover as a firing range, and one of the leads of the series Arcane. She carries two main weapons and talks to both. Pow-Pow is the minigun. Fishbones is the rocket launcher with a shark's face, the one she switches to for range and splash damage. Fishbones is the hover image. The cursor is a chibi of her with the long blue braids she is known for.
Long braids, a long launcher and where they show
Blue hair contrasts with white pages, so stat sites in the light theme suit her. Fishbones is a long shape with a clear front end, which makes the hover image useful on pages packed with small links, such as a build table. Medium size shows the braids. If you prefer a champion with more going on, Ahri is the next one to open: nine tails, and her Orb of Deception on hover.
How to use this cursor

Is the Jinx cursor based on Arcane or League of Legends?
It is a fan-made chibi of Jinx with her long blue braids and Fishbones, her shark launcher. Those belong to the character in both the game and the series, so fans of either will recognise her.
Can I use the Jinx cursor in the League client?
No. The League client and the Riot Client are separate programs, and the in-game cursor is set in the game's own options. Jinx shows in Chrome on sites such as op.gg, u.gg and lolesports.com.
