Overwatch Tracer and Pulse Bomb Cursor
Tracer in her goggles, as a small chibi sticker with a white border. The hover pointer is a pulse bomb, the sticky explosive she throws as her Ultimate, angled up-left so it still works as a pointer. Upbeat, like the hero herself.

Tracer and the pulse bomb
Tracer is Lena Oxton, the former test pilot from London whose accident left her unstuck in time. The chronal accelerator on her chest lets her blink forward and rewind a few seconds, and she was the face on the first game's box. Her pulse bomb is the sticky charge she throws on to a target before blinking out of range. It is the hover image, angled up and to the left so that it points. She wears her goggles.
Overwatch Tracer: goggles need a size step
Tracer is a small chibi with a white border, which keeps her separate from dark backgrounds. The goggles are the detail that identifies her, and they are fine lines, so go one above your usual size. The angled bomb makes the hover image practical on forums and patch notes with many links. For a bolder, simpler drawing from the same roster, switch to Overwatch D.Va with her pink light gun.

Overwatch Tracer cursor questions
Why is the pulse bomb on the Tracer cursor tilted?
It is angled up and to the left on purpose, the same direction a standard arrow points. That way the hover image still works as a pointer when you aim at links and buttons.
Does the Tracer cursor blink or leave a trail?
The cursor itself is a still image. If you want a trail behind it, the extension has optional trail and click effects that work with any pack, including this one.
