Powerpuff Girls Cursors

About the Powerpuff Girls cursor collection

This Powerpuff Girls cursor set covers the three sisters from Townsville, their loudest enemy and the ingredient that started it all. Powerpuff Blossom wears her red bow and swaps to a pink heart on hover. Powerpuff Bubbles has her pigtails and Octi the octopus. Powerpuff Buttercup grins and turns into a green lightning bolt. Mojo Jojo keeps his helmet on and hovers into a banana, and Powerpuff Chemical X is a vial that becomes a heart-shaped candy. All five are fan-made chibi stickers, free to apply.

One sister each, in her own colour

The show gives each girl a colour and a temperament, and the packs follow it. Blossom, the self-appointed leader, comes in pink and red. Bubbles, the gentle one who talks to animals, is light blue. Buttercup, who would rather punch first, is green. That makes the choice easy if you already had a favourite as a child. It also means three friends or siblings sharing a computer can each claim a sister without anyone ending up with the same cursor.

Where the Powerpuff Girls hover images come from

Octi is the stuffed octopus Bubbles carries around and confides in, so he takes over when she reaches a link. The banana is a small joke at Mojo Jojo's expense: he is a chimpanzee with an oversized brain who was once the Professor's lab helper. Chemical X is the ingredient Professor Utonium knocked into the mixture by accident, which gave the girls their powers. Buttercup's lightning bolt is the most arrow-like of the five, a shape that points on its own.

Which Powerpuff Girls pack to pick

Go by colour first. Powerpuff Blossom stands out on white pages, Powerpuff Bubbles reads well against dark backgrounds, and Powerpuff Buttercup is the one if pink is not for you. Powerpuff Chemical X has no face and a plain outline, so it holds up when the cursor is set small. Mojo Jojo, helmet and all, has the most going on: give him medium or large on the size slider. He is also the pick if you root for the villain.
