Bubbles, the pigtails and Octi
Bubbles is the joy and the laughter of the three sisters, the one who talks to squirrels, colours outside the lines and cries first. She is also the one the villains underestimate. Her constant companion is Octi, a stuffed toy octopus she treats as a real friend and consults on important matters. This chibi drawing shows her with her blonde pigtails, and Octi is the hover image. She would not go anywhere without him, so neither does the cursor.
When to choose Powerpuff Bubbles over her sisters
Pick this one for dark pages. Light blue and blonde lift off a dark background, where they can look washed out on pure white, so raise the size a step on bright sites. Octi is a rounded shape with no sharp tip, which makes the hover state soft and friendly, in keeping with the drawing. It is the gentlest of the three sisters. If you want the leader, Powerpuff Blossom is next, with her red bow and a pink heart.

Powerpuff Bubbles cursor questions
Who is Octi on the Bubbles cursor?
Octi is the stuffed toy octopus Bubbles carries around and talks to in the cartoon. In this fan-made pack he is the hover pointer, so he replaces chibi Bubbles whenever you are over a link or button.
Can I use all three Powerpuff Girls cursors at once?
One pack is active per browser at a time. Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup are separate fan-made packs, so three people can each use one in their own Chrome, or you can swap between them whenever you like.
